Pricing
All projects are charged in one of these categories:
1. Single story with basement or slab under 2000 sq ft - $700
2. Single story with basement or slab above 2000 sq ft or 2 story - $800
3. Post frame building (Barn Home) - $900
4. Additions and other small projects will be priced at $40 per hour
- An invoice will be sent to you once the final drawings are ready.
- Payments can be made online or by check in the mail.
- You will receive a PDF file of your construction drawings once payment is received.
- If desired, I can have the drawings printed for you and sent directly to you. There will be additional charges for printed drawings.
As a designer, I can legally produce construction drawings for residential design under 3500 square feet. Above that (and certain other conditions) you must use a licensed architect in order to have an Architectural Stamp. I am not a licensed Architect.
